PRACTICUM REQUIREMENTS

Students must provide evidence of meeting the following practicum requirements in the semester prior to entering the Nursing Practicum courses:
Administrator Track:

• Administrator Practicum I: NUR -716
• Administrator Practicum II: NUR -718

Educator Track

• Educator Practicum I: NUR -726
• Educator Practicum II: NUR- 728

Health Requirements

Students must provide evidence of meeting the health requirements in the semester prior to entering the above Nursing Practicum courses as follows:

• Current CPR certification card
• TB test (2-step)
• Immunization records:
• Measles
• Mumps
• Rubella
• Varicella
• Hepatitis B
• Meningitis

Background Check

Students must have a background check completed by the Criminal Justice Department of Wisconsin or an equivalent agency if residence is outside of Wisconsin in the semester prior to entering the above Nursing Practicum courses.
